Sereia do Mar is located in El Ciruelo, near the town of Pedasi, on the southeastern shore of the Azuero Peninsula, in the Province of Los Santos.

Getting there:

BY PLANE: After your arrival at the Tocumen International Airport in Panama City,  go by cab to the Albrook National Airport and fly 45 min  to Pedasi (1 flight daily with Air Panama company).
From Pedasi city you can rent a car or take a taxi to bring you to El Ciruelo in 20min.

BY BUS: After your arrival at the Tocumen International Airport in Panama City, go by cab to the Albrook bus terminal in Panama City.  Take the bus to Las Tablas.
From Las Tablas buy a ticket to Pedasi.  Upon arrival in Pedasi, buy a ticket to the town of Cañas.  Before you get to Cañas ask the bus driver to stop at El Ciruelo beach.

BY CAR: From Panama City: Go on the Interamericana Highway until Divisa then take left heading towards Chitre.  From Chitre to Las Tablas,  at Las Tablas Central Park take left and then a second right and drive towards the town of Pedasi (4hours).
From Pedasi to El Ciruelo, drive 20mim.
The drive from Panama City is beautiful, making the hours seem like minutes. 

FYI:  Pedasi is the hometown of former president Mireya Moscoso. During her term, she commissioned many projects to benefit the town of Pedasi.  Some projects were; the instillation of new  lighting, construction of an airport, a police station, a health center, and new roads from Panama City to Pedasi.
